Paying your affiliates is simple.  At the end of each month or whenever your payment period ends, you simply run the tool called "Pay Affiliates/Compile Commissions". 

This tool will indicate the earliest unpaid commission.  Typically you will set your start date prior to the earliest unpaid commission.  You have the option to pay all Affiliate Types, specific Affiliate Types, All Affiliates, or specific Affiliates.  A minimum payout amount can be set or you can use the value that was defined for each Affiliate Type.

When the tool is run, Affiliate Wiz will create a payment history record for each affiliate that met the minimum payout amount.  For those that met the minimum their commissions are marked as paid.

Once the commission have been marked as paid, you now have several options to pay them.  You can:

• Export the data to a tab delimited PayPal format then upload the file to PayPal and let PayPal pay the affiliates.

• Or, you can export the database to a QuickBooks format, import into QuickBooks and print checks.

• Or, you can export the database to Quicken and print checks through Quicken.

• Or, you can export the data to Excel and then write checks.

Send Email Sales Notification to Affiliates.  Once commissions have been compiled, you can email the earnings summaries to your affiliates to notify them of their commissions and forthcoming payment.

Don't forget to pay your affiliates!  Affiliate Wiz will not let you forget to pay your affiliates.  Affiliate Wiz will send you a reminder up to twice per month on the days of your choice.  This feature is enabled in the Affiliate Wiz administration preferences area.

Save money by setting a minimum payout amount.  Cutting checks can be an expensive proposition, especially for small amounts.  Affiliate Wiz allows you to define a minimum payout amount.  Only affiliates earning more than the minimum payout will be paid.  For example, you might decide to only pay affiliates when their commissions reaches $50.  Affiliates earning less than $50 will not be paid yet their commissions continue to accumulate until the threshold is met.
